Potato Hash

Potato hash for dinner. A family recipe from the Hotard clan.

Ingredients:
Ground beef
Cream of potato soup
fried eggs (optional)
Toast

Recipe:
Brown ground beef, add cream of potato soup, and simmer to desired consistency. Serve on toast and add a fried egg if you like.
