Spinach enchiladas! Spinach is very fresh tasting, beans are good, and rice is tasty. All around great meal....service is awesome!

Lunch @ El Norte in Plano, TX
El Norte means the North in español! However, it seems very south of the border to me!
Started with chips and house salsa (on the house)...Chips were thin and crispy just as I like it and the salsa has a slight kick...could be hotter, but good as is!
Ordered the spinach enchilada and the beef enchilada with spanish rice and refried beans.
Very delicious! Also, waitress was very good. Overall a really good place for Tex-Mex food in Plano, TX! Will definitely be back!
